General Vendor Information
Our Vision
Faire Farm specializes in hosting intimate gatherings, catering to micro-events with guest counts ranging from 10 to 50. While we specialize in smaller events, our venue can accommodate larger occasions, with a capacity extending to events hosting up to 200 guests.
Our venue does not cater to any specific event theme and wishes for our guests to use their imaginations to the fullest when designing and executing their events. Therefore, we will attempt to honor most requests as long as they do not harm the history, integrity, or natural elements of the property.
Private Event Vendors (Third-Party)
Whether it is a wedding, a, reception, a bridal shower, a baby shower, a birthday, a celebration of life, or a photo shoot, Faire Farm has the space.
- All vendors working with our contracted guests are required to sign a vendor agreement with Faire Farm prior to signing a contract with our a client.
- All vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance listing Faire Farm LLC as an additional insured 45 days prior to the date of the event.
- Vendors who are supplying food and/or beverage need to provide a copy of their DHEC license (or equivalent for out-of-state vendors) in addition to the COIAI 45 days prior to the event.
- Faire Farm does not require any kickbacks or rebate fees for third-party vendor services.
Faire Farm Direct Vendors
Faire Farm Direct Vendors work directly with Faire Farm to produce ticketed events such as themed tea parties and special children's events.
- All vendors interested in becoming a direct vendor must have worked with Faire Farm previously before applying for the privilege.
- All vendors working Faire Farm are required to sign a vendor agreement with Faire Farm.
- All vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance listing Faire Farm LLC as an additional insured 45 days prior to the date of the event.
- Vendors who are supplying food and/or beverage need to provide a copy of their DHEC license (or equivalent for out-of-state vendors) in addition to the COIAI 45 days prior to the event.
- Faire Farm may require a kickback or rebate fee for direct vendor services.
Festival and/or Large Event Vendors
Faire Farm wishes to offer our local community seasonal festivals, car shows, showcase local talent, and themed markets.

- All vendors interested in applying to participate as a craft or food vendor during a festival or large event should submit an application, and pay a $25 application fee. Please be sure to fill out the application in its entirety. Please follow up your application with an email that includes photos of your wares.
- Once approved, any vendor working with Faire Farm is required to sign a vendor agreement with Faire Farm and contract for specific festival/large event dates. The contract will include mandatory staffing requirements, booth/tent/cart requirements, and any additional fees that may be associated with the event.
- All vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance listing Faire Farm LLC as an additional insured 45 days prior to the date(s) of the event.
- Vendors who are supplying food and/or beverage need to provide a copy of their DHEC license (or equivalent for out-of-state vendors) in addition to the COIAI 45 days prior to the event.
