Packages
Faire Farm specializes in hosting intimate gatherings, catering to micro-events with guest counts ranging from 10 to 50. While we specialize in smaller events, our venue can accommodate larger occasions, with a capacity extending to events hosting up to 200 guests.
Contracts & Payment Schedules
- A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total package plus a refundable $500 cleaning/damage deposit are required to reserve your event date.
- The remaining balance can be paid at any time prior to 90 days before the event but at a minimum is required to be paid in two equal installments, 25%-90 days before the event date and the remaining 25%-60 days before the event date.
- Clients will be required to meet with Faire Farm staff 45-days prior to the event date to confirm event details, insurance requirements, vendor details and other expectations have been met and as no refunds will be issued after this date.
- We do understand that things happen. For those instances, we do allow our clients to transfer their reservation or reschedule their event as our calendar allows.
Event Insurance Requirements
- Faire Farm requires our clients to obtain day of event insurance. Client must provide insurance verification within 30 days of submitting a signed contract. Failure to provide proper insurance verification will result in cancelation of your event and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Your coverage must include a minimum aggregate liability Insurance policy of $2,000,000.
- Faire Farm LLC must be named as an additional insured.
- We also strongly recommend a liquor coverage even if alcohol is not expected to be on the premises.
- Cancellation insurance is optional but recommended.
- We have established relationships with both Vensura and Event Helper and highly recommend either of them to purchase your day of event insurance policy.
Third Party Vendors
- Faire Farm requires all vendors working with our clients to sign a vendor agreement before signing a contract with the client. The vendor agreement sets forth a list of expectations for all parties involved and is meant to protect all parties.
- Faire Farm also requires all vendors to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COIAI) that includes naming Faire Farm LLC as an additional insured. Naming Faire Farm as an additional insured does not cost the vendor additional fees, but protects all parties involved. The COIAI must be presented no later than the 45-day meeting and can be emailed to fairefarmsc@gmail.com.
- If your prefered vendor is not insured Faire Farm has partners that can provide day of event coverage to support your event.
- Food and beverage vendors must also provide a DHEC license (or equivalent for out-of-state vendors) in addition to the COIAI and must be presented no later than the 45-day prior meeting and can be emailed to fairefarmsc@gmail.com.
